This is the first immersive study journey TLI-AP NUS is partnering with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and leading organisations in Indonesia and Singapore to bring together Singaporeans, PRs, residents (mid to senior level executives) and their counterparts in Indonesia to study the logistics infrastructure and operations in a city of great prominence.

Module Outline:

The 3-day programme will comprise:

  • A half-day Executive Seminar & Panel Discussion.
  • 2-day lectures/talks including site visits facilitated by senior executives
  • A half-day Assessment session

Course Objectives:

  • To equip participants with an understanding of ASEAN (Indonesia) business climate; provides insights into logistics and supply chain landscape, challenges and it’s development; identifies advance applications of the industry in Singapore that opens up for potential business opportunity.
  • Participants will find an immersive experience with experts that positions a new reality which will possibly enhance everyday logistics.

4 Eligible organisations (excluding government entities) may apply for the absentee payroll funding* for Singaporean/permanent resident participants attending the programme during working hours. The absentee payroll funding is computed at 80% of hourly basic salary capped at $4.50 per hour or $7.50 per hour for SME. 5 Eligible individuals may apply for training allowance capped at $6/hr under the WSS scheme*, visit- https://www.wsg.gov.sg/programmes-and-initiatives/workfare-skills-support-scheme-individuals.html for more information on WSS.

6 NTUC Training Fund (SEPs)* – All self-employed (i.e. freelancers and sole-proprietors-with-no-employee) Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are eligible to apply for the NTUC Training Fund (SEPs) from NTUC’s Employment and Employability Institute (e2i).
