Dr Robert de Souza, Executive Director, TLIAP-NUS, was invited to deliver a lecture on “Humanitarian Supply Chain Management” at the recent Disaster Risk Reduction & Management Course (DRRMC) 2020.
The annual DRRMC, organised by the Singapore Civil Defence Force, was held from 2 to 6 March 2020 at the Civil Defence Academy, Singapore.
Participants are from various ASEAN and Asia-Pacific region countries, who are responsible in enhancing disaster risk reduction capacity intheir respective countries.
